Elf on the shelf day 2 and 3
Hermie decided to sit amongst the pumpkins two days in a row. Oops! I think he wants me to bring out the Christmas decorations.
Then Hermie found my willow tree figures and decided to make it a group hug! So cute!

I was so excited to get my elf this year too! The kids weren't too impressed at first but they're loving it now.
